Discussing diversity and inclusion in music never gets old. The road to equality is still quite long and we all take collective steps to improve current situations globally. HER in collaboration with Athens Pride, welcome HE.SHE.THEY co-founders Steven Braines and Sophia Kearney, musician & artist Wax Wings, and Head of PR and Industry Relations of Beatport Farah Syed for the first time in Greece.

The panel is hosted by Fofi Tsesmeli and Virginia Vassilakou of HER Project, and explores inclusivity in music, the presence of minorities, promotion of queer artists, equality, new contexts that emerged for artists in the Covid era, etc. HE.SHE.THEY is the brainchild of Steven Braines and Sophia Kearney, managers, consultants, event organizers, who have a long and remarkable career in the field of electronic music. It is a brand with a huge influence in the field of dance music, in the form of mobile events, record company, management agency and fashion brand. At their parties, they create a safe place for everyone, "a place without prejudice for people to be people", as they regularly state. They also collaborate with BBC and BBC Radio1, while the brand's residents are, the out and proud underground priestess Maya Jane Coles, and the queer icon, Wax Wings. Also main collaborators are the superstars DJs Nina Kraviz, Kittin, Ellen Allien, Honey Dijon, Dennis Ferrer, Magda, Heidi, Kim Ann Foxman, etc.
